Shopping & Orders
What products do you sell in the Hold W Club shop? We sell physical trail running and running-related products. All items are carefully selected to match the Hold W Club ethos — gear and products we genuinely believe in.
How do I place an order? Simply browse the shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? If you need to make changes to your order, contact us as soon as possible at [post@holdwclub.com]. We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed for shipping.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to? We currently ship within Norway and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long does delivery take? Delivery times vary depending on your location. Norwegian orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days. International orders may take 7–14 working days.
How do I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a return. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or used.
How do I start a return? Simply send us an email at [post@holdwclub.com] with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll take it from there and send you return instructions.
Who pays for return shipping? We cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return request is approved we'll provide you with a prepaid return label.
How are refunds processed? Once we've received and inspected your returned item you can choose between a full refund to your original payment method or store credit to use on a future order. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days of us receiving the return.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please contact us immediately at [post@holdwclub.com] with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll resolve it quickly at no cost to you.
Are any items excluded from returns? Items that have been used, worn, or washed cannot be returned. Sale items may also be excluded from returns — this will be clearly noted on the product page where applicable.
