The latest Kith for Salomon collection introduces the new XT-4K Mid alongside winter-ready versions of two familiar silhouettes.
Kith and Salomon are continuing their partnership with a three-shoe collection for Winter 2026, combining Salomon’s outdoor heritage with colours drawn from Kith’s seasonal palette.
Leading the collection is the new XT-4K Mid, which transforms the existing XT-4K into a higher-cut silhouette. It retains the technical foundation of the XT-4 while adding a mesh and synthetic upper, Kith branding and custom UV artwork.
The model arrives in Black, Green Gaze and Olive Night, giving it a more rugged, hiking-inspired appearance than the original low-cut shoe.
Two familiar silhouettes return
The collection also brings back the XT-VYGR 2, originally designed by Ronnie Fieg using references from Salomon’s archive.
Its upper combines TPU, ripstop and heat-bonded overlays, while a protective shroud conceals the lacing system. The new version mixes Dark Navy, Dusty Orchid and transparent detailing with a hexagonal camouflage pattern across the toe.
Completing the release is a Kith-exclusive XT-4 OG in Maroon Banner, Nocturne and Knockout Pink. The recognisable mesh and synthetic construction remains, finished with co-branded details on the tongue and footbed.
Release information
The collection receives an early release at the new Kith Vancouver store on October 23.
The global launch follows on October 26 at 11:00 local time, available through Kith stores, Kith.com and the Kith App. Pricing has not yet been officially confirmed.
With the XT-4K Mid, Kith and Salomon continue to explore the space between technical outdoor footwear and contemporary running style – this time with a silhouette designed for colder months and rougher ground.
